1/2 cup extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 T. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
Everglades seasonings* or salt & pepper
1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese
1/2 c. pitted black olives
1 c. chopped flat parsley
1/2 thinly sliced red onion
1/1/2 lb. seedless watermelon rind removed and cut in 1/2" thick cubes.

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk lemon juice, hot sauce and olive oil with seasoning. Arrange watermelon on platter and sprinkle with onion, parsley, olives and feta cheese. Pour dressing just before serving....
