1/2 cup chopped onion
4oz green chilies, chopped
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups long grain rice, cooked
10oz tomatoes w/ green chilies, undrained
5oz chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1 Tbls lime juice
Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, cook onion and chilies until tender. Add broth, rice, tomatoes, and chicken. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in lime juice. Eat with tortilla chips.
