1 box spice cake mix
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 egg
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients until well blended. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheet; press down batter with a fork if desired. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Note: Can frost with cream cheese frosting, vanilla frosting or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
