2 C smooth marinara sauce from a jar, red food coloring, Q tips, 24 bocconcini ( mini mozzarella balls. , about 3/4 lb.,or use melon baller to make balls from 2 (1 lb.) pkges mozzarella
1/2 green pepper cut into 1/4" squares
8 large canned pitted black olives sliced crosswise into 1/8" thick rounds

Spread marinara sauce on serving plate. Place 3 Tsp.water in a bowl; tint water bright red. Place cheese in sauce in pairs. Using Q tip and diluted food coloring paint blood shot veins on cheese balls. Place pepper squares inside olive rounds for pupils; place on cheese
