Ingredients: 2 1/2 c chocolate wafer cookie crumbs divided 1/2 c sugar divided 1/2 c ( 1 Stick ) butter or margarine, melted 1 8oz. pkge cream cheese cubed and softened 1 tub ( 12 oz.) cool whip topping, thawed 1 pkge 8 serving size or 2 - 4 serving size Orange flavored gelatin ( Jello Brand works better) 2 c boiling water 1/2 c cold water Rectangular or oval shaped sandwich cutter Decorator Icings, candy corn & candy corn pumpkin shape

Directions:Mix 2 c cookie crumbs, 1/4 c sugar & melted butter with fork in a 13x9 bakinf pan until crumbs are well moistened. Press firmly onto bottom of pan to form crust. Refrigerate Beat cream cheese and remaining 1/4 c sugar in a medium bowl with a wire whisk until smooth. Gently fold in 1/2 of the whipped topping. Spread evenly over crust In a medium bowl stir boiling water over gelatin until gelatin dissolves ( 2 minutes) , Mix cold water with ice to make 1 1/2 c, add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened( consistency of unbeaten egg whites) Remaove any remaining Ice cubes. Spoon gelatin over cream cheese layer Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Spread remaining whipped topping over gelatin just before serving Decorate with shead stone sandwich cookies & candy corn & corn pumpkins to resemble a grave yard. Bon Appe'tit |
