2 1/2 C Flour
1 C Sugar
3 1/2 t Baking Powder
1 t Salt
3 T Salad Oil
3/4 C Milk
1 Egg
1 C Mashed Banana (2 bananas)
1 C Chopped Nuts

Directions:

Heat oven to 350º. Grease loaf pans sides and place waxed paper on the bottom. Mix all ingredients and bake 55 - 60 minutes.

This recipe was baked for Christmas morning. Since the "girls" have moved out, I have a new banana bread recipe which is moister, although more sugar.
