Juice and grated rind of an orange
Juice and grated rind of a lemon
1 c sugar
1 egg beaten very well

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and heat stirring constantly with whisk until it begins to boil. Remove from heat immediately and cool. Serve over fruit salad.
