1 stick Butter
1 C Sugar
4 Eggs
1 can Hershey Syrup
1 C Flour
1/2 C Nuts, Optional

6 T Butter
6 T Milk
1 1/3 C Sugar
1 C Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Brownies: Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add syrup and beat well. Stir in flour and nuts and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Frost when cool. Frosting: Melt butter and mix in sugar and milk. Boil for one minute - stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until smooth - cool a little and frost brownies.
