1c. shortening
1 1/2c. sugar
2eggs
2 3/4c.flour
2tsp. cream of tarter
1tsp. soda
1/2tsp. salt

Directions:
cream shortening,sugar& eggs. then add flour,cream of tarter, soda & salt. chill dough. roll into balls about walnut sz. then roll in sugar and cinnamon (2tbs. sugar, 2tbs cinn.) bake 8-10 min. at 400* 5doz. 2" cookies
