1 stick butter
1 bunch green onions, chopped, just green part
1 can rotel, diced, original
1 can sweet corn
1 can shoe peg corn (white corn)
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 pint half and half
3-4 lbs fresh tiger shrimp, large, peeled and deveined

Directions:
Directions:
Put peeled and deveined shrimp in a large saucepan. Season with salt, pepper, cilantro, fresh lemon juice, tony's season all, creole seasoning, tabasco (just a few drops) and any other seasonings you like. Melt stick of butter, saute green onions and shrimp until pink.
Mix all other ingredients in large pot, let cream cheese melt over low heat. Mix well with soups and corn. Add shrimp mixture to pot and cook at low for one hour.
Serve over rice.
