1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
2 lb ripe peaches (4 cups)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 egg
2 TB half and half
1 tsp vanilla
9 inch pie shells
Directions:
Directions:
Make a crumb mixture of brown sugar, flour and margarine. Peel and slice peaches. Sprinkle 1/2 cup crumb mixture over the bottom of the pie shell. Add peaches. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and nutmeg. Beat together the egg, cream, and vanilla. Pour over the peaches. Cover with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 40-45 minutes at 400º oven.
