1 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 cup sugar
3 cups flour
3 eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
12-oz package chocolate chips
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

Directions:
Combine softened margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add flour mixture alternating with sour cream to batter, beginning and ending with flour. Grease and flour 9x13-inch pan. Combine chocolate chips, cinnamon and brown sugar. Spread half the batter in baking pan, sprinkle with 1-1/2 cups of chip mixture; top with remaining batter and remaining chip mixture. Bake in 350º oven 35-40 minutes.
