20 oz. crushed pineapple and juice
1 6 oz. pkg. apricot or lime jello
2 cups buttermilk
1 8 oz. cool whip
chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
In medium sauce pan, bring crushed pineapple to a boil, stir in jello. Remove from heat, then add buttermilk. Next, add cool whip, mixing with hands. Put in large oblong pyrex dish, sprayed with pam--sprinkle pecans on top for garnish.
