2 pounds cubed beef,
2 onions (chopped),
2 carrots (chopped),
2 celery stalks (chopped),
2 large potatoes,
1 tablespoon of vegeta,
1 tablespoon of Fant for Gulas or Paprikas

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions, carrots, and celery in a little bit of oil. When soft, add meat. Cook on small flame. In a separate pot heat water with the Vegeta mixed in. Add water to meat and vegetables as needed. As meat softens add cubed potatoes. Keep adding the water as needed. Cook until meat and potatoes are softened (about 90 minutes). At end, mix Fant with 3 tablespoons of water and mix into gulash.
