1 lb. ground beef
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onion
5 pieces of bread
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. ketchup

Wash hands well. Mix ingredients with hands in a bowl until bread is mixed in as well. Shape into a loaf and put in loaf pan. Top with ketchup and bake at 350º for one hour.
