1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. can French fried onions
24 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 4 pork chops in pan with seasoned salt. Mix soup, milk, sour cream, hash browns, pepper, 1/2 cup cheese, and 1/2 can of onions. Pour into a 9"x13" baking dish, place pork chops on top, and cover with foil. Bake at 350º for one hour. Remove foil and add remaining cheese and onions. Bake for 5 minutes uncovered.
