1/2 c. butter, melted
3 T. sugar
Filling:
8 oz. package cream cheese, softened

2 c. boiling water
2 packages frozen strawberries, thawed and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crust ingredients together and spread in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes; cool. Combine filling ingredients and spread evenly over crust. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain juice from strawberries and mix with gelatin mixture. Allow gelatin to firm slightly in the fridge before spreading over filling.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If you pour the gelatin on while it is hot, it will start to combine with and break apart the cream layer and seep down into the crust. Just make sure it is not too firm and cold either. I've done it both ways.
