1 yellow cake mix 2 lbs. ricotta cheese 1/2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. cinnamon sugar
Mix cake mix according to package directions. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Mix together cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into center of cake batter. Bake at 350º for 50 to 55 minutes. Turn off oven and sprinkle cake with cinnamon sugar. Return cake to hot oven to cool.
