3/4 c. salad oil
1/4 olive oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 medium onion chopped
1 clove garlic pressed
1 t. salt
1/4 t. each of: parsley, rosemary, basil and oregano.
1 lb. fresh mushrooms sliced

Directions:

Lightly boil mushrooms and let cool.
Combine all other ingredients together and add mushrooms.
Marinate them for 24 hours before serving. Will last 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
