1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Stuffing:
2 Tbsp. onion
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients for patties and set aside. For the stuffing, saute the onion in margarine. Mix into the bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Add water to moisten. Make one package of brown gravy mix as directed on the package. Add to one can of mushroom soup. Make flat patties with the hamburger mixture, put stuffing in the center, and top with another flat patty. Pinch edges together and brown on both sides. Put into baking dish and cover with gravy mixture. Bake uncovered 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350º.
