1 lb. ground beef
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 envelope taco seasoning
cup water.
Simmer together 15 minutes
15 oz. flat noodles
16 oz cottage cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1 T. beef bullion
1/2 c. chopped peppers
1/2 c. onion
1 c. mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 15 oz. flat noodles. Mix noodles with cottage cheese, sour cream, beef bullion powder, peppers and chopped onion. Pour this mixture into greased 9x13 pan. Top with beef mixture. Top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake 350* 25 minutes
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
