1/2 lb. sausage cooked and drained (I have done this recipe without sausage and added vegetables instead.
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
6 slices of bread, cubed (stale bread is best)
8 eggs
2c. milk
1/2 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. salt
Pepper to taste.

Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray. Add sausage, bread and cheese. Whip together remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over bread and sausage. Let sit overnight.
Bake 350º
35 to 40 minutes or until firm.
