: 1 small onion
1 stalk of celery
red pepper
T. thyme
Corn from 4 cobs or 16 oz. package of frozen corn. (if using frozen add 2 T. of flour to thicken)
1 c. cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute together the onion, celery, pepper and thyme. Add corn and cream. Simmer on medium heat until corn is tender.
