1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. whole milk
1 sq. Baker's chocolate
2 T. butter

TOPPING:
3/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 T. cocoa
1 1/2 c. water, boiling

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Sift together flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl, and set aside. In a saucepan,
heat milk, chocolate, and butter over low heat until melted. Stir periodically. Add the warm milk mixture to reserved bowl of dry ingredients and blend. Pour into a greased 8 x 8 baking pan.

To Make Topping: Mix sugars, cocoa and nuts and sprinkle over batter. Gently pour boiling water over all. Bake at 375º for 40 minutes. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
