4 Tbls flour
4 Tbls sugar
2 Tbls cocoa
1 egg
3 Tbls milk
3 Tbls oil
3 Tbls chocolate chips (optional)
Small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug - (I'm thinking something big enough to hold a small flower arrangement?!!!)

Directions:
Directions:
Add dry ingredients to mug and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract; mix again.

Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to
cool a little. Tip out onto a plate if desired. EAT!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
(Ladies, scary to think we can have chocolate cake ready in 5 minutes!!!) However, I do think it's a rather nice treat for the kids and easy enough for them to make.
