4 lb. chicken cut into small pieces
1 cup chicken gravy
2 cups diced celery
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup green onions and tops
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
1-4 oz can button mushrooms
1-4 oz can pimento
4 TBLS flour, 1 cup milk
1 tsp poultry seasoning
1 TBLS Worcestershire sauce

1. Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, poultry seasoning.
2. Dredge in flour seasoned with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
3. Melt butter in skillet a and brown chicken. 4. Blend 4 Tbsp flour oven low heat until browned. Add celery and bell pepper cook until wilted, add onion cook until tender.
4. Add chicken and gravy and blend. Add milk, cook about 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.
5. Cook another 20-30 minutes over low flame. The color of the mixture depends on the brownness of chicken gravy.
6. Serve over rice or potatoes.
