Bake Angel Food Cake. (If you bake you own, they are larger than the ones you buy in the store.)
Cool.
Then slice into three layers.

For Frosting:
Melt together,
16 Marshmallows
½ bag of chocolate chips
½ cup milk
Let mixture cool.
½ c. Heavy Cream

Directions:

Then whip ½ pint of heavy cream into whipped cream.
Add chocolate mixture to whipped cream.
Frost angel food cake between each layer. Stack together then frost outside of cake.
