18 Vanilla Wafers
2 8oz packages of softened cream cheese
1 t. Vanilla
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs

Beat together cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and eggs. Fill cupcake papers with one vanilla wafer. Top with cream cheese mixture to about ¾ full. Bake 10 minutes at 375*. Top with fruit.
