1lb powdered sugar 3 T. meringue powder 4 T. water 2 T. vanilla or almond extract
Mix all in mixer on low for 7-10 minutes or until it's not shiny.
You can make this as thin or thick as you want it by adding more or less liquid. This is great for decorating cut-out cookies, it dries hard enough to stack but yet isn't too hard to eat. Add any color you want.
