1 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. almond extract 3 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder
Cream together butter and sugar. Add egg, vanilla and almond extract and beat well. Blend in flour and baking powder to make a stiff dough. Do not chill. Put dough into cookie press to make spritz cookies. Sprinkle with colored sugars or add food coloring as desired.
