3 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 - 5 oz. Roka Cheese spread (small glass jar)
2 - 5 oz. Old English Cheese spread (glass jars)
3 T. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (or to taste)
4 c. walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Allow the cheese to reach room temperature. Thoroughly mix the cheeses, vinegar and garlic powder. Place in the refrigerator to chill. Once the cheese spread is chilled and easier to work with, divide into four balls. Roll each cheese ball into chopped walnuts. Wrap in saran wrap and store in refrigerator. These can also be frozen. Serve with crackers.

Variation: Substitute the Roka Cheese spread with 4 oz. crumbled blue cheese for a stronger blue cheese flavor.
