4 boneless chicken breasts, 1 pkg. fettuccine noodles, any vegetables will do, but I used Carrots and peas.

Cook Chicken Breast either in a crock pot or pressure cooker until tender, Remove chicken from pot and add your vegetables and cook until tender. when done, cut your chicken into cube pieces and put back into pot with vegetables, dip out about a cup of the broth and add a couple of teaspoons flour to make a paste. bring the chicken/ vegetable mixture to a boil and stir in your paste mixture, this will make a gravy which almost makes it like a stew. you may need to add either more broth or flour to get the consistency you want.
