1 lb. Jimmy Dean Sausage
1 doz Eggs
1 loaf of Bread or Raisin Cinnamon Bread
1 C Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 tsp Cinnamon
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 C Syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the bread into cubes and put in a baking dish. Brown the sausage. Mix the eggs in a separate bowl. Add milk, cinnamon, syrup, salt and pepper to the eggs. Pour over the bread and mix in the sausage. Cover and put in the refrigerator over night. Drop dabs of the cream cheese on top of the bread mixture the next day. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
