1 - 14 oz. can of beef broth
1 0.7 oz. package of Italian salad dressing mix
2 or 3 1/2 lb. boneless beef chuck roasts
1 - 16 oz. jar of mild or hot pepperoncini salad peppers (undrained)
20 - crusty styled rolls or burger buns, split
Tomato slices, red onion slices, cucumber slices

Directions:
Directions:
In a 6 to 7 quart slow cooker combine broth, salad dressing mix. Add meat and top with peppers. Cover. Setting on low heat, setting for 12 hours or on high heat. Remove meat, shred with two forks, Skim fat from cooking liquid. Stir enough cooking liquid into meat to moisten. Spoon meat into rolls, and serve with mayo, tomato, red onions and cucumbers.

*Note: Slow cooker: 12 hours on low; 6 hours on high.
