1 small cabbage, finely grated
1 bundle green onions, chopped
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 large ripe tomato, chopped
6 radishes, thinly sliced
1 cucumber, thinly sliced

Dressing ingredients:
3/4 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
salt & pepper

Make slaw and put dressing on it. Let sit in refrigerator at least one hour before serving. This recipe can be cut in half to make less.
