Ingredients:  
1 large chicken breast, boiled in unsalted water, chopped
(or 2 medium cans chicken breast, drained)
1 carton sour cream
1 can undiluted celery soup
1 can undiluted mushroom soup
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Topping:
1 stick butter
1/4 pound (1 tube) crackers, finely crushed
2 Tbsp poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken, sour cream, soups, and almonds. Put into a well buttered casserole dish (not quite as big as 9x13x2). For Topping: Melt butter and mix in crumbs and seeds. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350º until bubbly, 20-25 minutes.
