1 pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts 3/4 lb. velveeta 1 stick butter 1 tube of Ritz crackers
Cook vegtables (I have used fresh and it is worth the extra time). Stir in cheese and put in a 9x13 baking dish. Top with crushed crackers. Melt butter and pour over the top. Bake at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes.
