1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. light corn syrup or honey
1/4 c. margarine, softened
2/3 c. crunchy peanut butter
4 c. Total cereal, crushed up
2/3 c. raisins
2/3 c. coconut
3/8 c. wheat germ

Directions:
Directions:

Heat brown sugar, corn syrup and margarine, stirring frequently until smooth. Then bring to a quick boil. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until melted and smooth. Mix in cereal and raisins while hot until well coated. Mix in coconut and wheat germ. Press firmly in pan until about 1/2 inch thick. (We use a 9 x 13 inch pan.) Refrigerate at least 2 hours. (More refrigerator time is better.) Cut into bars and enjoy.
