28 oz. roasted garlic chicken broth
2 c. shredded cooked chicken
14-1/2 oz. Mexican-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
2 c. frozen yellow, green, red peppers and onion
stir-fry vegetables
1 c. tortilla chips
sliced fresh jalapeņo chile peppers (optional)

Directions:

In a 3 1/2 or 4-quart slow cooker, combine broth, undrained tomatoes, chicken and vegetables. Cover and cook on low heat 6-7 hours or high heat 3-3-1/2 hours. Ladle into warm soup bowls and top with tortilla chips. May top with chile peppers. Yield: 4 servings.
