1 large turkey thawed
1 jumbo bottle of tabasco
salt & pepper
4 to 5 gallons of peanut oil

Directions:
Season turkey with salt & pepper. Place in a large plastic bag and pour entire bottle of tabasco in the bag. seal and roll around to completely spread tabasco on the turkey. Outside in a safe location, heat oil in turkey cooker to 390º and carefully lower turkey into hot oil. Lower the turkey slowly to prevent oil from splashing out and catching fire. With a thermometer monitor temperature of oil to maintain 365º. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per pound. Check with a meat thermometer in breast or thigh for 180º. Remove turkey from oil and allow to rest for 20 minutes before carving.
