Portobello Mushrooms
Olive oil
Bleu Cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pour a little olive oil on cookie sheet
Place wiped mushrooms, gill side up, in olive oil
Drizzle a little olive oil in gills
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste

Roast at 400 for about 15 minutes, until mushrooms are soft.
Add crumbles of bleu cheese atop mushroom gills, and cook about 4 minutes, or until bleu cheese is melted.
Serve whole, or cut in half if smaller serving is desired.

Great side dish for steak!

You can use button mushrooms without stems for this recipe--these would also be great appetizers for people who like mushrooms and bleu cheese (me!)
