1 lg Onion, minced
2 cloves Garlic, pressed
1 T Olive Oil
1/2 C Fresh Lemon Juice
1 T Soy Sauce
1 C Cooked Garbanzos, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' the onion and garlic in the olive oil. Place lemon juice and soy sauce in a blender. Add some of the garbanzos to the blender and blend. Add some of the onion mixture to the blender and blend. Repeat 3 and 4 until all ingredients are gone. Chill before serving.

This is a very low fat version of the Hummus recipe. Great with pita bread or pita chips!
