2 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1 egg (slightly beaten)
1 (8oz) container Borden Lite-Line or Viva orange yogurt
1/3 c. Borden or Meadow milk
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 (9oz) pkg None Such Condenced Mincemeat, finely crumbled
1/3 c. Bama Orange Marmalade, melted, optional

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 . in medium bowl,combine dry ingredients; set aside. in medium bowl, combine egg, yogurt, milk, oil and mincemeat; mix well. stir into flour mixture only until moistened. fill greased or paper baking cup-lined muffin cups 3/4 full. bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown immediatly turn out of pan. brush warm muffins with marmaladeif desired
