1 cup graham-cracker crumbs
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) melted butter
8 ounces marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
2 squares (1 ounce each) semisweet choclate, coarsely grated

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Combine graham-cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into bottom and up sides of 8x8 baking dish.

Filling: In medium sauce pan, cook marshmallows and milk over low heat, stirring frequently until marshmellos melt. Cool. Add vanilla. Fold in wipped cream and choclate.

Finish: Pour filling into crumb crust. Chill thoroughly over night.
