1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1 large onion - chopped
3 tbsp mustard
1/3 cup catsup
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 tsp chili powder
1/3 cup celery - cut fine
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown lean ground beegf and onion. Add mustard, catsup, barbecue sauce, soup, celery and seasoning. Simmer for 45 minutes covered.

Serve on buns
