1 pt. half 'n half
1 c. sugar
2 envelopes Knox gelatin
1 c. warm water
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
1 large can bing cherries, very well drained
Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, add sugar to half 'n half and bring to a slow boil to scald. Set aside to cool. Dissolve the gelatin in the water. Set aside to cool.

When the cream and the gelatin have cooled, combine the two into one bowl and whip the sour cream into it. Add vanilla, and the well drained cherries. Place in serving bowl or sherbet glasses and refrigerate to set.
