1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 cup uncooked rice
3 cups stewed tomatoes
1 tbsp. chili powder
salt
black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat, chop onion, cut bell pepper in chunks and add to hamburger meat. Cook for a few minutes, stir in tomatoes, rice and season with chili powder, salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes in a covered casserole dish.
