2 - 6 oz can solid white tuna in water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small stalk celery, finely chopped
2 T. red onion, finely chopped
2 T. balsamic vinegar
6 oz. halved red seedless groups (about 1 cup)
1/4 c. lightly toasted slivered almonds

Directions:
Drain the tuna and shred until texture is fine and even. Transfer the tuna to a medium bowl and mix in salt, pepper, celery, onion, grapes and almonds. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days
