5 zucchini sliced :
2 eggs, beaten :
1 cup sour cream :
1 cup sharp grated cheddar cheese :
2 cups mozzarella grated cheese :
1 tsp basil :
1/2 tsp ground oregano :
3/4 tsp garlic powder :
pinch salt
pinch pepper
1/8 tsp ground rosemary
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1 small chopped tomato
1/2 cup bacon bits
2 cups prepared croutons
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
place mixture in a lightly greased 9x13 pan
bake 350 for 30-40 minutes
