2/3 cup raisins
1 cup water
2/3 cup red currant jelly
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the raisins, water, jelly, zest and juice in a medium saucepan and place over medium high heat, stirring occasionally until it reaches a boil. Add the sugar and cornstarch, and continue to stir until both are well dissolved and the raisins are the only lumps (not the cornstarch). Season with salt and allspice and serve right away on ham.
